Chef Paul creates an ever-changing menu that reflects the seasons and his inspiration.
They represent a creative combination of flavors and textures.
These inspired new dishes are offered along with old favorites, often with a new twist.
There are typically eight to ten smaller plates available every night along with three entrees.

Wagon Hill oysters now available on Wednesday's both on the Riverside Patio and in the dining room.
